80% would recommend it to a friend
very poor - would never use again
On arrival I was given a room with a separate bathroom, despite having booked an en-suite room.
I was moved to an en-suite but without a view which my booking stated. The toilet did not work properly and I advised Reception who said they knew about it and would be getting it fixed - it never was. My room was not serviced at any time during my four night stay, I had to ask for tea and milk for the hospitality try. This was certainly not a value for money booking
Completely as expected
Room was small, clean and adequate.
It's over a pub so might be noisy but we stayed in the bar until it closed so that didn't bother us. The staff and other customers were lovely, very friendly and helpful.
They were kind enough to organise us a vegan breakfast - make sure you warn them in advance.
