Place seemed very popular.
Nice clean and friendly accommodation, set on the outskirts of St Agnes. Drive to here was down some narrow lanes, which I would not have wanted to walk along to get into town in the evening as quite busy with cars despite the narrowness. So we decided to drive instead which I would have preferred not to. Set on top of a hill. It was windy there but expect it was due to weather turning rather than high set location. Warm and friendly welcome. Room was clean and well equipped. Nice bathroom. Spotless. Booked at short notice and twin room unavailable. Bed was small compared to other places we had stayed and as I was sharing with my sister was difficult to avoid contact with her armpits during the night. Breakfast was nice. Everything clean and well maintained, but gardens a bit bland and nothing special to report about this place. Suitable accommodation for our needs. St Agnes is worth visiting.
