Bed and Breakfast needs upgrading
It needs a designated place to book in the bar is not a good place.
The room ( Gooseberry ) was over the bar and noisy. Since there was rooms left when I booked I feel I could have been allocated a better room. Maybe since I was on my own it made a difference. The evening meal was fine although I had to ask to move tables as looking in the kitchen when the door opened was not nice. However I did then get a nice table in the conservatory.
There was no where telling you what time breakfast was. there was also no written menu. The food was of poor quality. I think it was cooked by the person who took the order. On the whole I feel they either need to upgrade the the B and B aspect or not bother and just concentrate on the meals which they do well.
