Ok for a short stay
The room was pleasant, with a balcony overlooking the pub garden, which was lovely for the early morning cup of tea but not so lovely in the evening when there was a very noisy crowd of customers in the garden.
Good en-suite toilet and shower and it was nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep our water cool. Breakfast was ok and basic pub food was on offer in the evening. £110 was rather a lot to pay but accommodation was hard to find that weekend as the Admiral's Cup was on in Portsmouth!
Very welcoming, clean and good breakfast, perfect for the Festival of Speed.
