Originally booked a double room but needed one for 3 adults (parents and adult son.)We were pleasantly surprised that this comprised of separate adjoining rooms.
Ideal and will use again. Lots of choice at breakfast.
Fab hotel, excellent friendly staff and a lovely breakfast with lots of choice.
Staff were ok, room looks ok but the trains and seagulls which I know you can't do anything about but maybe look at your pricing for these rooms which was a little high for the overall experience.
The Liner at Liverpool
We got upgraded to a lovely room with a swan on the bed and spectacular views of Liverpool.
The Liner at Liverpool
Excellent value for money and breakfasts very good.
Only complaint was that room was very hot as no air conditioning.
Great Hotel for City Break
The hotel was situated very well for exploring all the attractions Liverpool has to offer.
A short walk to Liverpool one, Albert Dock, Cavern Club etc. The room was very clean with all the things you need for a comfortable stay and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Lovely Bar and Food available too and free parking for the duration of your stay including the full day that you check out. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Liverpool.
A lovely stay at a lovely hotel, the room was cosy and comfortable, bed linen and towels immaculate.
Friendly reception staff. An excellent breakfast too. The hotel was very convenient for our trip to the London philharmonic concert hall (walking distance 15 mins). I would recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again when next in Liverpool.
A very good experience
We were pleasantly surprised about the quality we got for the money we paid.
We will defiantly return soon. A great weekend.
Nice hotel good location and easy free parking was a bonus I would recommend this hotel as a good base to stay especially for the empire theatre
A Great Base From Which To Explore Liverpool
The hotel was surprisingly quiet given its location near Lime Street.
I liked the 'liner' design concept. My only gripe, and this is one that applies to most hotels in my experience, is that the hot drinks supplies are a bit mean, two standard teabags and four little cartons of milk for two British adults staying overnight are not enough. I know extras usually can be got from reception, but who wants to traipse down in their nightwear. The biscuits were very nice, though. The bed was very comfortable.
