Clean, quiet and excellent staff

I stayed here after recouping from an operation at a nearby hospital.

It was extremely quiet despite being on Cromwelll Rd and the staff were very accommodating. I needed a late check out on my departure date due to follow up consult with the Dr. and the Manager on duty didn't charge me the late fee,I assume, because she could see me limping around. The breakfast selection was plenty and the fresh croissants melted in my mouth. A young group of staff on duty and very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I booked a single room and was pleasantly surprised to find that although the room was small, it had a double bed with excellent quality bedding.

The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the room provided all I needed for a relaxing stay after a day round London. It was warm and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and polite. On the minus side, I couldn't work the shower but that was mitigated by the fact that I enjoyed a long hot bath. I would certainly come again.

Bank holiday break in London.

Booked in a rush decision to explore London.

The hotel is easy to find with it being on the corner of the main road with numerous hotels around it. The reception staff were friendly and always available but on arrival were a little difficult to understand, especially regarding charges and payment procedure. The room was nice and clean and the beds firm and comfortable. My only disappointment was the size of the room. We have stayed in much bigger rooms in London for less money but the area probably contributed to this. A minor detail was the bar had no blackcurrant to add to a rather expensive evening tipple. The hotel has a variety of resteraunts close by which are open late and useful to fill an evening plus the hotel itself had starbucks coffee etc. available. We had a pleasant trip but London always burns holes in the pockets and had I have had more time I would probably search for a cheaper option.
