Chester House Guest House
We stayed here for one night.
We were out in the annexe, the room was very nicely decorated and exceptionally clean but the bathroom was in need of a serious clean or refurb. There is no view from the room, the window is opaque as it looks out onto a yard, however, this did not bother us as it was dark most of the time we were there anyway. Breakfast was very good. The lady who booked us in and out was very friendly and made us feel at home.
Very nice B&B
Very nice B&B, would return.
Terrific family guesthouse
Lisa and Bryan could not have been nicer or more helpful.
They gave us so much advice and tips, and even posted my son's teddy home with a funny letter after he'd left it down the side of his bed. Lovely breakfasts. Can't fault it.
The accomodation was extremely clean and tidy and warm but most of all homely. Lisa and Bryan are
They were very attentive to our needs, The breakfast was just what you needed with a busy day ahead. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend
not suitable for winter
We stayed in what was described as an annexe room - (7) this was a room attached to the main building - it was cold and damp - the heating wasn't on when we arrived and whilst it went on quite soon after it was off again by midnight and the room was cold and full of condensation, it was slightly better the second night.
Only a wall heater in the bathroom which did not remove any of the condensation. The decor was very nice but the room is not suitable for winter occupancy. We were in Chester for family problems - we would have left after the first night if it had been possible to do so. The welcome was friendly but then cold the following days.
