Stay Away if you want what is advertised
Stayed for a Saturday & Sunday night in a weekend in February. Room was dirty when we first went in. Particularly the toilet. We were offered another room but as it looked more like a dungeon we stayed where we were after it was cleaned. The food from the hotel was also very bad. All in all the hotel is okay and i've stayed in worse however this place is advertised/has an image of being a good hotel which it simply is not.

Room was clean but small, no view at all, overlooking a very small workers entrance yard.
Really nice staff, couldn't do enough for you, Room very clean. Only problem was the poor view.

Room decoration (room 247)
In our opinion the decorating was in need of a refresh in our room- but room the was spotlessly clean at all times.

awesome spa...
We thoroughly enjoyed the included spa and swimming facilities - went in each day we were there! We found the bedroom a little cold, perhaps their timers need adjusting, but otherwise we were very happy with our stay - particularly with the last minute rate we got.

Clifton Hotel
The bed and bedding was clean the room was comfortable but because of the large size of the room it could be cold. There were extensive cobwebs on the light fittings.
The food in the restaurant was very good but the service was terrible , this was because of lack of communication between the staff and lack of training.
