We had a lovely stay at the radisson blu, the staff were very pleasent and very accomodating.

The facilities were all of an excellent standard and the hotel was all round beautiful. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Liverpool FC Trip

Accomodation excellent.

Characterless with rubbish afternoon tea

I won a competition with late rooms.com.

I tried to redeem my voucher and was ably assisted by a helpful late rooms booker. The hotel room was booked using a credit card belonging to late rooms. When I arrived at the hotel the reservations department hadn't received some authorisation of the payment card and couldn't give me a room. I couldn't give theme my own credit card number as I don't own a credit card. If I had given a debit card, the full amount would have been charged.

It took 45 minutes to sort this out with a call to laterooms. I was kept waiting 15 minutes on the telephone. In this time I had the worst afternoon tea known to man. The sandwiches were falling apart, the cakes stodgy and the tea weak. The only good thing was the kind and helpful waitress, Gabor. Once the room had been organised all was well. I had a job interview the next morning so asked for a taxi to be booked. It didn't show up so I had to hail one from the street. I think a lot of work needs to be done with respect to ensuring laterooms customers are registered properly before checkin. This is the second time this has happened to me and after my voucher runs out, I am loathe to use laterooms or the Radisson until these issues are resolved.

Good base for Liverpool city break

All fine - high spots were the leisure pool, very comfortable bedding and a great breakfast choice.

Ten minute walk to city and dock area.
