A fine, cheap hotel
Was a great price and good facilities. Have stayed at other budget hotels and got much less for our money. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent and generally everything went smoothly. Staff seemed a little miserable at times and directions to the room weren't great, but generally was very impressed with the hotel.

2 night stay
room was huge and meant to be an executive room, the furniture was terrible very cheap stain pine, i shut the wardrobe door and when i tried to open it, the whole thing started to topple over, very dangerous, no curtains at the window just blinds ,which made it look and feel like a office room.Quilt on bed very thin, we were cold all night as there was a very small radiator by the door which did nothing.Went in to the restaurant and was hugely dissapointed , the menu was printed on A4 paper and would not have seemed out of place at a truck stop. the knife and forks looked and felt like they were bought in a £ shop. This is a lovely building that would benefit from money spent. i would stay here again as it served it's purpose for a quick couple of days away and as long as you dont expect to much.

Just ideal
Clean and tidy room is just perfect for a relaxing night, however the receptionist wasn't so kind when we arrived. Maybe we expected kindness described in leaflet about people of Liverpool.

Get what you pay for
A very basic room in a very basic hotel. You get what you pay for and nothing more. There's only one thing to really complain about and that is the smell inside the hotel, it all smells very old and damp.

Hotel in a Garden
Bright and airy room in a residential area with easy access to M62. Spacious public areas and very pleasant and helpful staff. Bus stop nearby to access city centre.
