Very very good for the price
With no cancellations and no breakfast I got a room for £50 and this is far and away the best room I've had at that price point. I even had a swim in the pool completely to myself the next morning, included in the price, as is the WiFi, as it should be in all hotels. Well done to the Best Western for showing it is possible to do reasonable pricing whilst maintaining the highest possible standards.

Ideal hotel , near to Milton Keynes town center
Ideal hotel for base near to Milton Keynes town center, stayed for business and good base with gym and swing pool , also ate in hotel , they were out of Fish on the menu which I though a liitle strange as fish can be frozen, the Gourmet burger was very good however. Room clean and tidy , showing its age a little but had a very good nights sleep. Staff very accomadating looked after weel at dinner breakfast and also in lobby for a customer meeting so service very good.

Satisfactory hotel
This Best Western ticks most boxes but does no more than this. It is clean, good quality and functional. Free internet access helps. For an out-of-season booking it wasn't cheap (and breakfast is an expensive add-on). This time I didn't use the restaurant - previously I've found it pricy. The hotel suffers from bad design with a flight of stairs up to the front door and a car-park on a slope (I've previously visited in winter when it goes to a sheet of ice difficult to get a car out of). The hotel is satisfactory but there is no sense of exceeding expectations.

Overnight stay.
Arrived around 8pm and went straight into restaurant. Had a lovely rib eye steak and my wife had the fish and chips. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Enjoyed a good nights sleep and a terrific breakfast. All in all fabulous.

Weekend break
Had a fantastic time at the hotel. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful right from the check in, to the pool, to the bar and restaurant. Main areas tastefully decorated and clean. Room spacious and well equipped, clean and comfortable. Bathroom at little dated but did the job. Food delicious. Will definitely be returning.

Weekend break
Overall a comfortable stay, but the main door rattled every time someone went through the fire doors. The pool and spa facilities were good apart from steam room not working. The weekend breakfast staff were exceptionally helpful
