Comfortable and clean accommodation, though got a little noisey in the morning with early departing tourists and delivery lorries. Very helpful and cheerful staff. have stayed here before and will stay again. Could do with better signage for the hotel. Free parking a bonus.

Pond Hotel Glasgow
The Room was small. There was no air conditioning, and, very little air flow, even with open windows. As a result it was very warm nd diffcult to sleep. Being so close to the main A82 and a large teaching hospital, it was very noisy and diffult to enter/exit the main road. Large traffic queues at busy times.
Staff not helpful. Bar was nosiy, full of loud football supporters who were drunk.

Airless box
Now a great experience, the room was airless, the bathroom wasn't ventilated, the staff were perfunctory. But at £70, the value was ok.

pond hotel
All the staff from receptionist to cleaning staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty with full menu available. The one concern we had was about the possible noise from a wedding but the sound proofing was obviously very good because we never heard a sound. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Pond Hotel
Great stay only spoiled by an ignorant cheeky man on reception who refused to help with room service because there was a function in the hotel. "If you want a drink come down and get it yourself" was his response. Then he hung up on me when I tried to discuss.

A quality Hotel at budget rates
Glasgow Pond is great value for money. The cleanliness of the room, the quality of the food, the fact it has a large secure carpark. All these factors point to me booking this Hotel the next time I am in Glasgow.

Noisy, dirty hotel with exellent food.
The staff weren't the greatest, I expected a little bit more of courtesy. The room itself was dusty, dirty and smelly. The plaster's coming off the roof in the bathroom straight into bath. The noise from the street is unacceptable. Every morning 5am big noise from next petrol station, impossible to sleep!!! Housekeeping service was brilliant. The food was excellent. Apart of these two my overall experience and rating is POOR.

The room type
This was a tripple room for 3 adults, however the third bed was a Z bed only suitable for a lightweight small adult. It is slightly confusing when booking, when one stipulates 3 adults and the only option for the third bed is something of this size and quality. The room is however very good value, convenient for Glasgow and the proximity to M & S food a bonus. Hospitality offered by staff is excellent, WiFi works a treat.
