Clean, comfortable, helpful.
Room was clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast arrangements do appear to be a little chaotic when busy but Gluten Free bread was provided on request so hotel can cater for food allergies by prior arrangement. Ample assortment of buffet type food and refreshment for breakfast. Bed was comfortable, clean and the room peaceful. Staff were very helpful.

Ibis Dale Street review
Had an overnight stay ahead of the British Triathlon Championships and found this hotel to be of a high standard with helpful staff. The late check out was particularly welcome and the breakfast food offering was varied. Would recommend for a similar type of weekend visit to a great city.

comfy bed, friendly staff
The only problem for us was a lack of a cooked breakfast. Everything was great, staff, especially housekeeping and reception were great. Would stay again.

Nice break in Liverpool
Lovely, friendly, staff! I was unhappy with the room we were originally put into as the windows had to remain locked due to safety concerns. The room was air conditioned but I felt uncomfortable about not being able to open a window, so they found us a room facing the back that we were able to open. (although only a couple of inches). All the rooms are well designed and groovy. The continental breakfast is great with an all you can eat buffet. Soya milk was provided for me which was greatly appreciated. Another nice thing is that teas, cofee and hot chocolate are available free of charge at all times. The hotel is in a central position near the Cavern and close to lots of bars and eateries. All in all a really nice break and good value for money.

The receptionist ( I think she was French) was friendly, courteous, and a credit to your employee training programme.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Liverpool, the hotel is centrally located and excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and suitably sized with flat screen TV and wifi. Would recommend this place to anyone. A brilliant modern place to stay. Will definitely be back.

The location is fantastic and easily walkable from Lime Street Station or a very short, cheap taxi ride. The room was very new, extremely clean and perfect for the one night we were staying. There is free wifi and free soft drinks in the bar at anytime for guests which is a very nice touch. There is also a late night licenced bar for guests. The breakfast is quite basic continental only and but very fresh and tasty with decent coffee. The staff were all great and very friendly. Such a good price and I would definitely go back there again.
