customer service

I thought I had left my ring in the room on leaving took me 10 attempts to get through to speak to someone.

I explained and they said they would ring me back either way 48 hrs later I am still awaiting a phone call.

Won't stay again

Duty manager with dark hair working Thursday who checked us in was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Staff working on Saturday when we were checking out wer very rude, would not provide somewhere to leave 2 small bags as our flight wasn't until later in the evening, I understand that they had no rooms available to leave luggage but the reception area is big enough and felt they could have offered to leave them behind there, I have never been to a hotel where they don't. Also room temp was far too warm and when you opened window there was too much noise from the road. The price for accommodation for a small room was pricey enough but on top of that you have to pay for wifi, again I've never been to a hotel where this has happened.

Overall I would not stay in this hotel again, I regularly travel to Liverpool and decided to try somewhere different but I will not stay here again. There only saving grace was the duty manager who was working on Thursday evening, lovely woman and so helpful.

Friendly staff on booking in the hotel.

Not staffs fault we were disappointed with room. Didnt like travelodge as compared to premier inn feel they have a long way to go in comparison. I am comparing because usually stay their at a good price but unfortunately didn't have deal when I needed it. think for money Travelodge to basic. no phone in room. no hairdryer in room. sparse tea / coffee. also pillows very hard and no chance of changing. The quilt was paper thin.

Liverpool stay

Hotel nice, clean.

friendly staff. Good location would have been faultless apart from returning from a short walk after breakfast to find our belongings had been removed from our room and left in the corridor for anyone to pick up. I had paid until 12 o'clock it was only 10.45 the cleaner was in our room and refused to let us in not even to use the bathroom. All the snacks and drinks purchased for the trip home had been thrown away.

I told the receptionist who apologised but said there was nothing he could do.

Disappointing end to our Liverpool stay.

Great clean, accessible for city, cheap, friendly stay.

We could not fault any part of the whole process from easy and very affordable booking through, to check in, and the whole stay.

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and large. We did not eat at the hotel but this was no reflection on the hotel, we had dinner reservations elsewhere. The reason for the stay really. The room had a fab view of the docks and was minutes from Liverpool one. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very basic, no frills but clean and centrally located. Noisy at night for a Sunday
