Basic but great
Big room, basic but did the job!
Great price on Late rooms which made it very much worth it! Highly recommend if staying in St Andrews as it is a very cheap alternative, with an arguably better location and it provided me with somewhere clean and warm to stay - what more do you need.

Weekend break
Lovely views of the west sands. The rooms were basic but as good if not better than some budget hotels. They were clean and the towels were fluffy. This shared bathrooms were clean. Excellent choice at breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay
Clean but spartan accomodation, perfectly acceptable as I was golfing for the duration of the trip.

Good value, central location
Spacious, comfortable room. Hand basin in room but bathroom was quite a long walk down the corridor. Plenty of choice for breakfast in canteen. Earliest breakfast served at 8am which may be a problem for those planning to leave early. Only 5 minutes walk from town centre / beach. Parking can be a problem; there is no on-site parking and you may need to search the streets for a space. All in all very good value for money, especially considering its central location.

Very convenient to local offerings.
The location is a very high consideration for the price. Walking distance to almost all of the major attractions for visitors. The bus is nearby to take as well if you want to access a larger area.
