A truly 4* Experience in a great location
Ask for a high room - the noise from underground trains is a bit of a nuisance
this hotel needs no improvement we had a wonderful time.
the staff were so polite and friendly even when grumpy guests were complaining about trivial things,
just to get some thing for nothing, what a sad world we live in. we thought the hotel and staff were FABULOUS thank you.
Mattress was very lumpy and too soft so woke up with a bad back.
No good if you have any back problems. The curtains were very thin and didn't cover the window properly so light came in easily. Woken up at 7ish by lorries outside and bottles being emptied into bins. Lots of noise from lorries for around half an hour. Didn't sleep well at all.
Fantastic hotel will go back there again
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great location for Central London everything was conveniently close so taxis weren't that expensive. All the staff were great. Will definitely visit again
St. James' Court Hotel
great place to stay
Luxurious and comfy
Our stay here was fantastic.
Staff were friendly and helpful; the room service was quick and everything we needed was provided, even a miniature toothbrush kit as we forgot ours. The room was a nice size, bed extremely comfortable and in a great location too. The whole hotel was luxurious and a real treat for us!
Pre Orient Express Trip & After Stay
I knew the hotel as I did a job there & I was impressed with the look of it.
I have only got 2 points that I personally would pick up on. 1st point was (now is this just me) or does anyone else always get the room furthest away from the lift. Point 2 is the hallways on the way to my room was a tad tired & could've done with a spruce up. The room itself was lovely & spacious. Nice linen & a large comfy bed. The Room was also quiet. We went down to the bar for a drink & the staff were great & service was fantastic. We then popped into Bank Zander bar for a glass of Champagne (served by the glass!) Followed by lovely Indian Food in the restaurant, the staff in there were great too. Speedy check out.
Friendly staff, very comfortable room and great location.
Also, as a light sleeper I very much appreciated the room I was allocated - probably the quietest room you could ever have in the heart of the city. Thoroughly recommended!
