Worst ever hotel in my accommodation experience. The bed was very uncomfortable. All night I just heard the live music from the pub and the doors shut. At 9 o'clock in the morning (Sunday ) I woke up for the terrible noise of the vacuum cleaner, the hotel staffs loud talks. Also, the staffs urged me to leave my room at 9 o'clock, because they wanted to clean up. I never will recommend this hotel for my friends.

horrible, creepy place!
basically, first we went into the pub under the B&B ( wouldn't call it B&B), the pub was full of old men, staring at us as soon as we walked into the pub. one of them walked us upstairs where the other, extremely unfriendly men gave us a key, giving us evil look which made us feel very unwelcomed. the b&b is quite far from city centre, in a very bad area, we lost £40 as we left few hours later, we were afraid to stay there over night. this b&b should not be advertised by late rooms or any other accommodation website. very disappointed! my advice: go to Liverpool city centre and stay in any of the hotels there.

Good quality hotel
Good friendly welcome, hotel not the best looking from the outside but makes up for it with nice people and well decorated rooms. Room was bigger than expected and was available minutes after we arrived. Hotel is a stones throw from Rice Lane station So centre is easily accesible. Would definitely consider when next in Liverpool.
