Signature Living welcomes you to luxurious serviced apartments set in the vibrant city of Liverpool. Liverpool Lime Street station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and we are less than 2 miles from The University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University.

We are also just minutes away from the Albert Dock ,Liverpool Echo Arena, the BT Convention Centre & Anfield Stadium. All apartments can be booked daily, weekly and monthly with a package to suit your needs. The Signature Living apartments are perfectly equipped for all guests whether pleasure or business be the purpose of your visit. Our apartments are located across 3 sites which include Bold Street, Matthew Street and Victoria Street which all offer you the perfect location to explore this exciting city.

Service is paramount with a 24 hour concierge service at your fingertips offering a tailor made stay to suit your needs. All Signature Living guests will receive VIP treatment at our own on site bar serving breakfast from 8am until midday and bar food from 5pm until 9pm located at our Signature Living Hotel, Stanley Street just a short walk from the apartment building.

All of our apartments and rooms have been furnished and equipped to the highest standard with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, LCD TV's, iPod Docks, DVD players with complimentary movies available.
Please note Non residents will not be permitted into the building. No guests under the age of 18 (unless accompanied by an adult). All prices are inclusive of local taxes.

We were staying in Liverpool for the night for a concert at the Echo. We were met by a lovely, helpful young lady who showed us to our apartment and showed us all the facilities. It was very modern, clean and spacious; more than enough room for the four of us. Although there is no reception, there was a very helpful guy by the door all night; he did turn away some lads who tried to get in. We felt very secure. We had breakfast the next morning in another of their buildings just 2 streets away. £5 for full breakfast including drinks and toast, very nice, served up to 12 noon. Only 2 very small complaints - website said we could check in at 2, but they only let us check in at 3, and also website said £100 security deposit but they asked for £200, when I mentioned this she promptly changed it to £100. We are now looking to book again.

Great stay
Brilliant apartment. We all enjoyed our stay. Very close to the city centre, bars, clubs and museums. We will be returning next year!

Customer service was excellent, the apartment was better than I imagined.

The reception on arriving at the apartment was very poor. We found it very difficult to contact the person who was meant to be meeting us at the apartment.

Huge, modern apartment with 2 bedrooms. However, on closer inspection it is let down by details. The nicest bedroom (with original brickwork and a window) had 2 single beds pushed together - this is never good for a couple. The other bedroom was very basic, but did have a double bed! Cleanliness was an issue - cooker hob was dirty, backs of kitchen chairs were dirty and the basic bedroom duvet was badly marked. Other issues included many spotlights in the livingroom not working, none of the lamps worked, the sofa beds were marked and frayed and most of the freezer compartments had their fronts missing. The apartment was very large and seems to want to attract large groups of people (2 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds) as opposed to couples. Quantity over quality. This is a great shame, because the apartment has a lot of potential if it was better loved and maintained.

Fabulous
Great location,fantastic room with jacuzzi friendly helpful staff only thing was room was hot at night part from that would greatly recommend and we will be going back and u could even hire your own butler in the buff would be fun for a hen night x
