Perfect hotel for a relaxing weekend away
I stayed here for one night but really wish that it was longer. We were greeted by lovely staff and a very delicious complimentary cookie! The reception. Staff told us about what the hotet had to offer, the restaurants for instance, spa and what was available within the area. We unfortunately didn't manage to eat within the restuarants but can honestly say they looked amazing. We stayed in a standard room but it was nothing but lovely and clean. The bed was so comfy with pillows to suit everyone's needs, it couldn't be faulted . It was close by to chester city centre and cheshire oaks for anyone who enjoys shillings and I would defininitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very good hotel,friendly staff.
Stayed here for a trip to Chester race course. The hotel is very clean with a very high standard of rooms and amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However I wasn't too happy with having to pay a £15 early check in. I booked through laterooms and my confirmation email stated the check inwas for 2pm but the hotel said I couldn't check in till 3 meaning we would have missed 3 races.
