3Self Classified Guest House Ratings explained
232 Picton Road Wavertree, , , Liverpool, L15 4LL
Snooze Liverpool is located on a main arterial route into Liverpool City Centre, just 1.5 miles out. Most guests heading into the city centre take the bus (one every 5 mins) or call a taxi (£5). If you don't feel like facing the city centre rush you could head to a local bar or restaurant:. The nearby centres of Lark Lane and Allerton Road are completely unique and a lot of the restaurants are just as good if not better than the city centre. Visiting Lark Lane will give you a Liverpool Experience you won't forget. Wavertree itself has many bars and a variety of fast food outlets: KFC, Chinese, Indian, Pizza, Chippies etc. so you can enjoy inexpensive food and eat it in our breakfast room. With the success of European Capital of Culture for Liverpool in 2008 we have shown the world the best of our creative thinking and our wonderful cultural attractions. Why not stick around read on and find out about our wonderful cultural city and all it has to offer! Liverpool is more than just a city with a big reputation - It's the centre of a vast area of beauty, culture and entertainment that deserves exploration. Many of the attractions on offer are superb value or even free. A stroll around the UNESCO-listed waterfront will take up a morning and probably fill your camera's memory card. The Three Graces, Albert Dock and Pier Head are as iconic as they are dramatic, and delving into their history in the city's museums is an enlightening (and free) experience which will help you understand Liverpool's tempestuous history -The largest port in the largest empire the world has ever seen with the architecture to match. Find the Biggest Church Bells in the world, the Oldest Railway Station, the largest collection of Grade 1 Listed buildings, the Biggest Brick building ever, and the finest examples of British architecture outside of London. And of course the winners of more European Football Championships than any other club in the world. Oh and King Kenny's back!!!!

Would recommend Snooze as a good value guest house for a relaxing stay (except if you have a room at the front where it is noisy due to nearby pubs). Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend the cafe next door for a great fry. Handy locatin, 10 mins on bus to city centre or to allerton road and penny lane. Overall a good place to stay for the price.

Great value for money!
I needed to find somewhere cheap to stay overnight in Liverpool whilst on business, found this hotel on Late Rooms and saw that the reviews were all fairly good so went ahead and booked up. The staff were all very friendly, and it was great having the breakfast room to bring a takeaway back to to eat. Having free parking was also a bonus! The room itself was clean and tidy and nice and spacious, but I would say that perhaps a little bit of maintenance is due in the near future to keep the place up to a decent standard. New mattresses are probably also needed before too long as well, though I must say, I had a decent nights sleep. I'd stay at this hotel again if I was visiting Liverpool. Thanks guys for making my stay a pleasant one!

Excellent
Clean comfortable and well run. A pleasant, family-run hotel that was great value for money. I loved the fact that you could go to the local take away and eat your food in comfort in the dining area. Free parking and easy access.

Great little guesthouse - super friendly and comfortable.
Went to Liverpool on a whim and booked this place on the strength of the reviews (and the price!).
Staff were helpful and very friendly, room was lovely and a good size. En suite was very nice too, with an excellent shower.
Free parking out the back was useful. Don't bother driving into town, get the bus which stops just outside every five minutes or so.
Highly recommended place to stay to see Liverpool and the surrounding area.
