Amazing price for a city hotel. Great Location.
Stayed here for a weekend break.
Chose the hotel purely for the value. At £113 for 2 nights at a weekend, it was an easy decision. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Grafton Street which is well lit and a nice area. It is a lovely townhouse which was welcoming and clean. We were offered a room on the ground floor or a slightly bigger room if we wanted to go up on the top floor. We opted for the top floor (around 4 sets of stairs). Lovely size room, bathroom (A shower so powerful, I felt like i'd been in a washing machine!) TV, Tea, Coffee, etc. Products. Opening window and views over the street. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, but I believe it is 9 euros. We had a lovely weekend around Grafton St, Temple Bar and some nice meals in the area. I would definitely recoommend this hotel and I will be back.
Not quite as advertised
Very good helpful staff and great location but a little shabby and neglected throughout.
Bearable for 1 night.
cheap and convenient
Very convenient and well located.
Good location: but really tired accommodation
My room probably looked lovely on the website, but the reality was that the curtains were stained, dirty and didn't fully close, the wall to the next room was paper thin and the shower sliding door was broken - and had clearly been like this for a very long time.
The toilet pan is broken and the decorations in the bathroom very old and tired.
What a shame. A €1000 refresh is all that stands between the current state and a lovely suite.
Worth the money
I was really pleased with the location and was very well greeted when I arrived and returned to the hotel.
The room itself delivers only a fraction of its promise as it's a bit tatty and the bathroom smelt musty. I don't want to complain because for £60 a night, it's very reasonable. A bit of TLC would make a big difference.
