Uni open day weekend
Well positioned between shopping centre and the Barbican for eating and a night out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room and bar/restaurant areas were very clean and furnishings were all in excellent condition. We had a double with an extra full size bed and there was plenty of room. Car park tricky to find so luckily found it on a review beforehand.

Hotel in the middle of a refurb and worth the money I paid on late rooms.
Not worth the full asking price and refurb is well overdue.
Car park is extra.
£10 breakfast is Buffett and not made to order which I would prefer.
Wetherspoons 3 minute walk away for same breakfast at a fraction of the price.
£4 a pint. Staff great.

Great staff, good location
This is a Jurys Inn doing what it should do. Really good location for my purposes of visiting Plymouth. Central to barbican area and modern city centre, close to public transport.
Welcoming staff, and a room with a nice view. Very clean, quiet which meant a good sleep. I only had bed and breakfast, so cannot comment on bar or restaurant menu. I feel that the food is mediocre, overcooked bacon, eggs swimming in grease, scrambled eggs you can slice, bland cheap sausages. A real shame, but its a buffet style and cooked in bulk. Its a large hotel, so would be difficult to serve individual orders, but a little more care and attention to quality of items wouldn't go amiss.

Jurys Inn
Lovely staff and great location in the centre of Plymouth. Pity the bar area is so noisy in the evenings. They could do with investing in some sound-absorbing materials.

Jury's on Sunday night !
After a nightmare trying to find hotel, we finally got there. Parking next door in underground car park, which was quite scary as groups of youths hanging around.
Staff were great, but it was very, very noisy ! Lots of drunk people in reception using the bar.
Not a good place if you have young children or want a good nights sleep !
