Perfect small touches

It was the little things which made this a special B&B.

The room was small but I'd only booked a single so I'm not complaining. There were lovely biscuits, toffees and excellent toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the shower room was clean and well maintained. The lounge and garden were lovely. I took a cup of tea down with my Sunday paper but I could have had a reasonably priced drink from the honesty bar had I chosen. Breakfast was lovely home made muesli and a freshly cooked full English. Value was excellent.

Brilliant Boutique Hotel

Stayed for one night with my husband and would not hesitate to return or recommend.

The accommodation is second to none with attention to detail all round and an excellent eye for style employed throughout. The bedroom and bathroom were tastefully decorated and included little extras such as dressing gowns and even a hot water bottle. Location is perfect being about a 10 minute stroll to the town centre so no noise at night and there's a handy little wine bar, Lucia, about a minute away to start you off or as a last stop on the way home. Free car parking and a decent breakfast 10/10.
