Absolutely the most horrible experience of hotel dwelling ever.
This hotel is being refurbished, we were warned, so the £40 price tag seemed acceptable.
In fact the hotel should not be taking guests. It is currently completely shrouded in scaffolding and plastic. Every window is covered in plastic. The room was filthy. The sink was cracked. There was black mould in the bath tiles. You could write your name in the dust. There was an iron mark on the filthy carpet. I could go on.... appalling.
