Stay at Pengethley Manor
A beautiful setting, staff were all very helpful and welcoming.
Beautiful views and fantastic food!
We were not disappointed from the moment we arrived.
The hotel is in a great spot with fabulous views all around. The food was excellent - real value for money - I'd go back just to eat there – especially the desserts as they are simply delicious. We had a good spacious room, again with great views over the rolling hills, it was also clean and tidy with a modernised bathroom and re stocked each day, the furniture however was a little tired, but don't let this put you off as the hotel is a little gem. The staff are very helpful and accommodating although rather youthful - I don't think we saw anyone over the age of 21 in the 2 days we were there. This said, they were very professional even though we could see they were being stretched.
We only stayed for a short 2 night break but we experienced enough to get a real feel for this beautiful little hotel, we feel we had real value for money.
