30 James Street
Upon early check in our luggage was left in the care of hotel staff.
When we arrived at our room some 5 hours later we found our room door propped open by a vacuum cleaner and our luggage was in full view if anybody wanted to steal them. Outside in the corridor there was used bedding, glasses and the vacuume cleaner which I placed there, these items were still there when we left our room to dine out at 8.30pm. The room had not been cleaned properly and the furniture was dusty. The bathroom fan was not working so the condensation was high. The bathroom mirror light was not working. There was no safety rail anywhere near the jacuzzi to enable us to enter or exit the jacuzzi even to use the shower was risky and slippery, because of this my partner slipped and fell injuring her leg and back during the fall. This was reported to the staff and an accede to form was filled in. The whole experience was dreadful and we would have hope for a lot more from this kind of hotel.
The Hotel was amazing we all loved it, staff were great ,looking forward to going again.
