Hotel Anfield - A luxury boutique hotel in Liverpool. Hotel Anfield is a small independent family run boutique hotel and restaurant situated only 300 yards from Anfield Football ground and only 2 miles away from Liverpool City Centre. The hotel offers chic and stylish decor coupled with stunning views across Stanley Park.

Hotel Anfield provides affordable luxury and welcomes people from all over the world. Each of the 8 bedrooms and suites is a unique haven; all of course include luxurious private baths and showers. The hotel is a blend of comfort with beautiful things collected and loved over the years. An environment that is glamorous, yet we hope will put people immediately at ease. Our outside space is a patio area, seating up to 50 guests ideal for corporate events plus a decking area suitable for barbeques up to 30 guests which also includes a large lawn with children’s play area. We have four reception rooms all with plasma 50 inch TV's which one of is a games room with games consoles. We provide 24 hour concierge on hand to cater to your every need and also have free wifi connections through out the building. We also offer free car park to our guests and can provide chauffer service to and from city and airport.

Worst experienced ever- i booked the master suite 23 for my partner birthday.

We arrived around 11ish, there was no one to check us in. I then called the manager Warren who arrived after 5mins. He was very welcoming and friendly but sadly our room wasn't ready. So he offered to keep our luggage and that we could get changed in the club at the basement inorder to get to the football game ontime.

We came back from the game only to be told by Debbie that their card machine wasn't still working so we have to pay cash. My partner walked all the way to the Everton Football station to withdraw cash and when we got back the lady didn'the even offer to show us to our room. Upon arrival in the room, i then realised that we were allocated the wrong room. I then called Warren Street mobile but couldn't get hold of him. I then left him 2 voice messages and text message. I then went down stairs to search for Debbie but just couldn't find her anywhere too. I think called laterooms and complained. The next morning I somehow managed to see Warren before we checked out and asked for a refund for being allocated the wrong room. He did give me £20 back and apologised. Its sad because it just ruined our whole experience knowing that he knew all along that he put us in the wrong room at a higher price because of our skin colour. It all didn't add up!. He was being nice in the beginning until he got his cash and all of a sudden his phone was off. He then blamed it on his staff for not doing their job properly!!. Very Dodgy!!!

Not what it said on the tin!

Extremely disappointing experience.

On arrival was met by the owner paid for room and told we had been upgraded to a better room. Went to room which was called the executive suite, it had 4 beds in it nicely made up, however not sure how it was an upgrade. There was a kettle but no tea, coffee, milk sugar, no cups, glasses. An ironing board shoved in the wardrobe which the doors were falling off but no iron, in the shower room there was no soap no plug in the sink the light bulb above the shower tray was hanging out of its fitting and the toilet seat was falling off and toilet roll holder was broken and there were only hand towels no bath towels. The only bed side lamp did not work and most of the bulbs in the main light were blown. When we got back from going to see a football match looked for the owner to get the basics that were supposed to be provided but they could not be found but we did find other guests looking for toilet roll and hope. We managed to find towels in the communal shower room and some shower gel and lent the other guests some toilet roll. No wifi available that we could find and the satellite TV was a digibox. It is close to Anfield, there was a nice view and the beds were made so it served its purpose but not the 'boutique' it markets itself to be more like a cheap hostel. Will not be going back.
