A basic B&B made special by the quality of the welcome.
The room was clean and comfortable. The shower good if tiny. Richard, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. The only problem was that the room smelled rather stale so we just left the window open all the time. The mystery was solved in the morning, the room was on the ground floor between the kitchen and dining room and this is probably the source of the stale smell. This B&B is only 10 mins walk from the RSC theatre and town centre and has free car parking which is really helpful.
great venue with easy walk to town centre and RSC
