Judy was friendly and professional.
She was welcoming but not overpowering. The location was great for walking into Harrogate centre for restaurants etc. If there was a down point it was the on street parking facilities, which didn't affect us but could have been a problem. The breakfast facilities were brilliant with a lovely selection of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked.
