Excellent room but avoid the restaurant!
Reception staff were excellent - great service.
Lovely, clean and well-appointed room. Dinner a severe disappointment. Burned chicken and burned vegetables, no potatoes of any sort available (not even some frozen chips!). Surly restaurant service. We sent our meals back and complained to the restaurant manager, when he was on duty the next morning. He 'generously' discounted our meals by 50%. Breakfast very average. Would maybe stay again for the convenience of being near the railway station we were using for our onward travel but would never eat here again.
