Meriton Old Town Hotel
The hotel’s 41 rooms offer more than just a regular pleasant accommodation in Tallinn; a contemporary room solution has been placed between historical walls where natural materials are adorned with modern accents.
The Meriton Old Town Hotel is a one of a kind hotel in Tallinn connected to two of Tallinn’s well known attractions, the original Tallinn city wall and a famous old horse mill used today as the city’s theater. From 1340 to 1355, one of the towers of the historical Tallinn city wall, the Rentern Tower, was located at the site of the Meriton Old Town Hotel. The tower perished in 1880 and the current building was built on the foundations of the tower.
Furthermore, the Meriton Old Town Hotel is steps away from Tallinn’s port, the famous Oleviste Church (can be seen from some rooms) and from all of the restaurants, museums, shops and attractions that Tallinn’s old town has to offer.
The interior design of the lobby and the truly home-like Russian Dining Room restaurant are shaped around the original Tallinn city wall whose views you can admire while enjoying a warm bowl of homemade soup.
