The Rinaldi at Moskovsky 18 is situated in a historical building built at the beginning of the 19th century. From here it is very easy to reach both airports "Pulkovo-I" and "Pulkovo-II". Each of the hotel's 14 rooms is tastefully decorated in the style of the early 19th century.
Each room has a TV, is well furnished and has a bathroom with modern facilities. Each room has air conditioning, a double bed and a comfortable sofa-bed, great for families with children. In the traditional dining room every morning continental breakfast is served, included in the cost of the room. The kitchen in each room is equipped with an electric teapot, a microwave and a cooler. This hotel is of very low quality and the pictures on the site in no way represent the extremely low standards within.
They were either taken in another hotel or many many years ago when this place was in better condition. I was shocked by the standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout and would never return. I almost couldn't find it because you have to be buzzed in through a graffiti-covered door and then make your way up two flights of dark, filthy steps before being buzzed through another door. Based on the laterooms site, I thought I was getting a bargain. Instead, I got ripped off
