My wife and I had a evening meal in the hotel .only two of the 4 main meals were available.
I was offered chicken fillet as replacement to roast chicken. chicken was like rubber couldnt get knife to cut it.my wife had fish which was grey and and tasted horrible .not much of an apology was forthcoming as manager chose to hideaway shocking way to treat guests.
good room staff nice thank you
