My family and I stayed for two nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay, the staff treated us very well and were extremely helpful, especially when we wanted to make diner reservations in the hotel or around the city.
The breakfast room was very well catered with lots to choose from freshly made American pancakes to waffles etc.. Our room was very clean and well turned out with every convenience, The beds are really comfortable also. We ordered room service and found the food to be very good.
From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. I think doorman play I big role in making your arrival feel special as they greet you quickly and get in the hotel with minimal hassle, if your on your way out its amusing to watch them signal a taxi with a whistle or shout. They also don't stalk you for a tip!. If you do tip your made to feel that it is not needed but are shown a great deal of gratitude. We will certainly visit again. Thanks to intercontinental park lane. W J Cooper
