We apologise but we DO NOT accept Boozy Weekenders, Stag or Hen Parties or Similar. Please DO NOT BOOK if you are part of large group, you will be refused admittance. A quiet, enjoyable environment is what we aim to provide all of our guests.
Any person looking to make a reservation for parties of 5 or more people MUST contact the owners for approval. Due to large parties being disruptive, particularly at night time, we prefer smaller parties so not to spoil the stay for other guests who want a quiet place to relax and enjoy.

We ask our guests to provide an approximate arrival time at the time of booking or before arrival day, then give us 15 minutes notice by phone, email or text so we can provide sufficient staffing for your smooth arrival. We do not operate a typical reception therefore it is important to us that you keep in touch regarding travel delays etc.
Later arrivals must be pre-arranged before check-in day and will carry an extra charge of £10 . Arrivals only up to 11pm.
Once checked-in, guests can come and go as they please as they will have own keys.

At The Old Dairy 11 of our 12 guest bedrooms are fully en-suite and are all furnished to very comfortable and modern standard providing all divan base beds in double or single size. We like our guests to feel at home so we provide all of our guest bedrooms with tea making facilities & free tea & coffee on arrival. Bed linen, towels & complimentary bathroom toiletries are also provided as well as TV & digital free view, plenty of hanging & storage space plus dressing mirror. Wi-Fi broadband internet connection is provided free of charge. There is also free guest information pack in the guest rooms as well in our foyer. Hairdryers are also available as well as irons and ironing boards. We don’t impose any curfew so guests can come and go at their leisure.
The Old Dairy has an amply equipped kitchen/dining room with microwave ovens, induction hobs, toasters & dishwasher & fridges for the preparation of small meals and snacks.
Breakfast is a continental style buffet served in our dining room between 8 -10am. Breakfast is as optional extra at £4.99 per person per day.
We offer 2 communal bathrooms on the ground floor to serve the one double room that is not fully en-suite with shower or bath.
The Old Dairy is a bit of a' Hidden Gem' in that you can’t see it from the street as it is tucked away within a quiet, safe, residential neighbourhood. We do have benefit of full 24hr CCTV surveillance system.
We are perfectly located for getting into the city center (1.8 miles away to city boundary) as no less than 6 buses stop at the top of the road taking you directly to all of the major tourist attractions; theatres; restaurants; bars & clubs with a journey time of 10 minutes!! With Liverpool & Everton FC stadiums only a short single bus journey on Number 26 bus,(which will stop right outside Anfield stadium), The Old Dairy is ideally located for those all important Match Days too!
