Great customer service
Nice hotel, great customer service and good breakfast.
My only issue was noise as I was staying there overnight before an exam - the first room I was placed in had a noisy bathroom pipe and they swiftly moved me to another available room which was relatively quieter however still noisy as the hotel is located on Tottenham court road which is a very busy main road opposite UCH hospital/A&E.
Bathroom ridiculously small.
Bed very firm.
Worst single room ever
Even thought the room was a single, I have never stayed in more cramped arrangements at a rated hotel chain.
Nowhere on the website for booking does it indicate the minute nature of the room, and certainly no photos indicating this nature of room.
The decor was tired, the soap dispensers blocked and more.
On the plus side the morning waiting staff were attentive and offered me coffee in a takeaway cup when it was obvious I was in a hurry which was much appreciated
Hotel staff couldn't do enough for you.
Gave us some good advice on the local area and places to eat and drink. Room was much bigger than any I have stayed in before in London in the same price bracket. I will stay again at this hotel.
I am mostly satisfied with the service provided at this hotel, mainly the room service.
Very clean room and eco friendly, the way I like it. It's near a hospital so I heard the ambulances during the night, but I had ear plugs in which helped and it didn't bother me.
Very nice hotels I have stayed in a few now and standards are always good.
Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel
Perfect location for west end.
wonderful stay, great location, friendly staff.
would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
Facilities excellent, staff great and the food was unbelievable.
Great location in central London too.
The room was spot on for our short stay
The bed was a good size in a good size room very comfortable, this was highlighted by our stay the following night when we stayed in an other Radisson Blu just a bit closer to the Shaftesbury theatre.
the bed was so small we asked to be moved to a twin and the room was so small you couldn't walk round the bed so we wished we had stayed in the Grafton both nights. Location was fine for shopping as long as you are ok with a ten min walk but the underground is a few yards away if you don't like walking. We didn't eat at the hotel but the price of the food appeared ok for the city. Across the road it a Sainsbury, Tesco is two doors down and M&S is close also some good restaurants. A very nice hotel.
