Very compact but comfortable room.
Staff excellent and good evening buffet and breakfast the following day. sensible check in and out times and able to leave bags for rest of check out day. We will use the hotel again.
As a disabled traveller I am always nervous of staying in hotels that state that they are accessible as many aren't suitable.
However this was not the case with Z Hotel. On checking in they went through possible evacuation procedures (they have a chair to get you down the stairs) which I've never experienced before. There was ample space in the queen size room for my chair and the bathroom had plenty grab rails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would use this hotel again .
Value for money and clean.

This hotel is within an excellent location in London, easy access to bars, restaurants, shops & the underground.
The hotel itself was immaculate. We knew the room was going to be small but the layout is fab and the use of space very well thought out. We stayed for 3 nights and took advantage of the complementary cheese and wine. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early and also took our bag when checked out. Superb!.
V good stay
V good location, and at a v competitive price.
Yes, the rooms are small, but if all you essentially need is a bed, shower and bathroom then it is sufficient. Free cheese and wine is good, the only drawback was the large TV is possibly too close being above he foot of the bed. But this is a v minor comment
Room size and neighbours
Very small room + neighbours able to see straight inside.
The small functional room are such a lovely place to escape the rushing pace of London life, clean, calming colours, just a plesent place to be.
Fantastic staff and room, considering the location!
Small and minimalist
The room I was offered for my stay at the Z hotel at Piccadilly was delightful.
Clean, tidy and stylish I would expect nothing less from a hotel in this prime inner city location. Although the rooms are small this to me was not an issue as the floor plan has been well thought out and designed with only the essentials placed in logical places, all additional items such as TVs, lights etc have been researched and purchased with the lack of space in mind and these are then utilised in a way that isn't at all claustrophobic. The colours and decor is relaxing and calming, what you need to escape from the hustle and bustle of your days in London, leading on to this the lighting is we used and is subtle yet bright enough for the small dimensions of the room.
Tiny room suitable for one night only
