More homey/personable than a chain hotel
I liked the different, personable feel of this B&B. If you're looking for luxury chain-hotel type accommodation then it's not for you, but at this price point in London you really can't complain. The owner, Rosa, gave me a free upgrade to a larger room because it was a quiet period.
