Room ridiculously small
This hotel's 'standard room' is unbelievably small.
The room offers a small double bed with little wardrobe space. There is also no shelving on which to leave items of clothing. Very disappointed that a room designed for midgets is offered as standard accommodation. The room would be more acceptable for single use, but if there are two of you, you ending up tripping over one another constantly. Upon check out I mentioned this fact, only to be standing alongside another guest who was moaning about the very same subject. Having experienced many other good quality London hotels standard rooms ( which are significantly larger) I would not stay again.
Lusciously located hotel with fantastic facilities
Whether your stay is for business or pleasure, this hotel on the corner of Mercer Street, caters for your every need.
It has everything but a swimming pool in its prime location. Make sure you book breakfast and people watch whilst sipping fine tea.
Very clean and great location
Location was brilliant - we could walk everywhere and only had to get tube once.
Room was good size for location and very clean and comfortable. Check in could have been better - confusion over whether we were entitled to the £15 per day credit to use in bar - in the end had to email them my laterooms confirmation as proof. We asked for a second robe at reception - this did not happen.
Easy walking distance to all locations of interest
Very nice clean and friendly staff
Could not have asked for anything better
We arrived early and was allowed to check in early.
Rooms were very luxurious and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
Nice Hotel - But Very Small Room
Great Hotel in a great area.
Issue is room size. Room was very very small. Could only just walk around the bed. Was there for 6 nights which is an issue in very small room. There's much bigger rooms in other nearby hotels for similar money. Hotel was good. Noisy cleaners banging doors from 8am. We had 3 rooms booked - all were tiny. Room has some auto feature and knocks down room heating when your not in - can feel really cold when you get back in - so leave a card in the wall permanently. Wont stay again. Rooms far too small.
Great location, otherwise fails to live up to its reputation
Stayed 4 nights for combination of work and play.
"Deluxe" room was bump-into-the-furniture tiny, wifi intermittent, room service food good quality but v little choice. Blu hotels have a good reputation and I've stayed in some great ones - this isn't one of them. I don't expect high quality hotels to have hairdryers wired in to the walls or cups shrink-wrapped in plastic. Slightly tired velour bed covers and the over-perfumed foyer edges the whole place towards the seedy. Altogether not of the quality the brand or the price of the room bespeaks.
Short stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian
We had a moment of confusion with regard to our breakfast but this was quickly and expertly put right.
The choice at breakfast could have been a little better and the service was not up to the standard one would have expected from this hotel chain - we did tend to think we were a little invisible more than once.
the size of the room was very small and noisy
There was no facilities to hang or store our clothes etc I did however perfect the skill of walking sideways obligatory when occupying a room of this size!!
The room was spotless with all the amenities required by a visitor to the city.
The staff were extremely helpful
