Great accommodation shame about the reception
I have stayed at 66 Turnmill Street before and returned because I found it excellent. However this time there was no one there to admit me or give me a room. I arrived at 3pm, returned at 4pm, and again at 5pm. By 6pm there was still no one to admit me but a guest let me in and there I found a number for the management. Would I stay there again? Perhaps, but I would need some guarantee that I would not lose three hours trying to get in. I was on a tight schedule and it is conceivable that I could have failed to get in at all. So VERY bad management.
