Lovely room, really clean, close access to underground and other forms of public transport. Plenty of shops near by. The one member of staff that checked us in and out could have been more polite and accommodating (like the other staff member that checked in a different group at the same time)
other than that very pleasant experience I would go again.

Lovely garden and social rooms, bedroom was basic but everything we needed was there. will definately be staying there again. Okay
It's a very dull room, only contains a bed and a few cupboards and a sink. Trying to sleep is annoying, we could literally hear everything that happened out side the room which was very annoying and we were woken at least 5 times. It is clean and a friendly place to stay, just not great quality but I would recommend for a cheap nights stay

Ok but not really for families
This hostel would be great for young people travelling but is not really well suited to famitlies. The room was very basic for the money - we stayed the following night at a hotel nearer the centre of London which had better facilities and was cheaper. The room was bunks, with lights that didn't work and had loose fittings. The person on reception originally told me i could not check in without photo ID but then the other person came and said it was ok. We then waited a really long time just to buy a drink at reception.
Most of the staff were friendly but the facilities were not really family friendly, and for the price I would have expected a bit more.

Habitación doble diminuta, en la planta baja que olía a garaje. 100 euros la noche por ese cuchitril me parece excesivo...
