Well Presented

The room was a very good size with a good ensuite shower.

The gardens were very pretty and plenty of car parking.

90th Birthday party

A comfortable stay friendly staff.

Centrally situated for Kingston. Our buffet food was good & breakfast was good. Bath sheets would have been better as towels were a bit small. We did have a superior room which was warm & quiet. On our experience we would recommend.

One Night in Surbiton

The Antoinette is situated between Kingston and Surbiton stations, which makes it a very convenient base for travelling into central London, which we were doing on the afternoon of our arrival.

Our welcome was friendly and efficient. We were only staying one night before flying out from Gatwick, so the position of the hotel was paramount and the fact that it has good, secure parking. Our room was quite small, but clean and comfortable. We didn't eat there. We would definitely consider staying again.

Antoinette Hotel Kingston

Basic dated rooms in need of modernisation

Wifi didn't work and lots of people complaining.

good budget hotel near town centre

I wouldn't pay full price for this hotel, but it's perfectly OK if you can get a budget deal.

One can't expect a lot of space, especially in single rooms, but the room and bathroom are adequate and clean. The hotel is a short (safe) walk outside of Kingston town centre and not that easy to find, so you might want to consider a taxi. I didn't have breakfast, but I know from previous experience that they are OK. The only staff I saw were on reception on arrival and departure, but they were pleasant. My only major gripe is the soundproofing, which seems to be non-existant - I was disturbed by doors slamming, cleaning staff, loud voices through walls and in the corridors both very late at night and very early in the morning.

Overnight stay on Boxing Day

We had a warm, restful evening and night after a busy social time.

Although we had not booked breakfast we were able to take it on the day and were impressed by the quality and value. The hotel is close to the centre of Surbiton and many public transport options which was important to u.

Nice little hotel

Stayed in a single room, staff were polite and friendly, room was a bit small but it is ok for the money, breakfast was nice and hot, overall a good place
