The only good ting to say about the room was that it was clean.
We had expected a very basic room for the cost but this was the worst condition room that I have had anywhere in the world. It was in the basement down a corridor that smelt damp as did the room on entry. There was a window onto a small enclosed yard which we opened for a couple of hours which reduced the smell of damp. The bathroom shaving light did not work, nor did the fan over the main bedroom light. The bathroom was in need of renovation - worn out paintwork and general shabbiness. During the night, we could hear the sound of every toilet flush and water runout as the pipes seemed to fun inside the wall behind the bedhead.
Don't do it.
A summary: for £ 126 a night you expect a clean room with hot water, no matter where.
You will not get it here. Forget about wifi, AC, or touchable surfaces. The bathroom looked like something from the movie Hostel, and textiles were so full of filth, that it was difficult to breathe. For this kind of money, you can stay in the very same area in a much nicer place. I am shocked that this is ranked as a 3 * hotel.
