2* at best

I was in room 212 which was purported to be on the 2nd floor, but I couldn't find it, nor could the receptionist.

Turns out it is between floors 1 & 2, and is only accessible by stairs, something worth bearing in mind if you struggle with stairs, or have lots of luggage to carry. The room was extremely cold for the first night due to the heating not being turned on, but was good the 2nd night after turning it on. The shower is not very powerful, and you have to run the water for 5 minutes before it heats up. The TV is a small LCD mounted approx 6' (2 metres) high on the wall, meaning to watch a decent picture you have to stand up(????). There are no tea/coffee making facilities, this is a chargeable room service, wi-fi is also chargeable. Breakfast was small selection of cereal, sliced meat (1 variety) boiled eggs and toast, plus cordial orange, tea and/or coffee. The location was good, and the hotel was clean. The bed was also comfortable.

Definitely NOT a 4* hotel, staff were very accommodating but the room and breakfast let them down.
