Hotel is very dissent, clean and convenient.
Quit area and easily connected to the main attractions of the city. Bus stop at the door of the hotel takes you shopping and main attractions as a taxi drop. Very welcoming staff welling to serve their guests promptly. Little pit tiny room but clean and elegant. It is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Great location, good hotel
This hotel is located a few minutes walk from Queensway tube station and looks over Kensington Gardens.
Hyde park is less than 2 miles walk, or can be accessed via various tube stations. Booked an upgraded king size room with a balcony and room was great. Not huge but had everything needed and balcony was a good size. Loved the personal touch of a hot cookie when you arrived, and the personal card and chocolates in the room. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was of a good quality but a little chaotic in it's organisation during busy times.
