it is what it is
The manager and staff are wonderful, very friendly pub atmosphere with lots going on.
This is not a 5 star hotel but the amenities are everything you would expect from one. This is much better than staying at a group hotel such as Premier Inn or Travelodge at a fraction of the cost. It has a local pub atmosphere in the evenings with everyone knowing each other but more than happy for you to join in.

I would give 6 stars all the way but the bed and pillows are a bit on the hard side and I would of like the option of a cooked breakfast.
