great budget hotel
I come to London about once a month to meet up with friends.
The key to my stay is that the hotel is as close as possible to Paddington and that I have a clean bed to sleep on when I get in late in the evening. My double room cost £54. And that was fine for me alone. However, there could actually have been four of me as there were two large double beds in the room. That is incredible value given the position of the hotel. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from the station. Which is brilliant. I was in room 18, which is right up the top. I loved it. But if you don't like stairs, do ask to be put on a lower floor when you book.
My room was extremely clean. The bed was not a luxury bed, but it was more comfy than a camp bed, and it was perfectly fine for 1 night. So who cares.
The gentleman at reception was lovely.
For a super budget traveller, this is a great little hotel.
Very disappointed in the hotel
Was disgusted with hotel very untidy, did not even sleep in the beds.
was not a proper breakfast in a dining area a tray left at door with a few breakfast bits on it
