Has Potential But It's The Little Things
Started off with a great experience, the email confirmation came through quickly, responses to subsequent emails about parking etc were quick.
First impressions of the apartment we good, it was spacious, rooms were a moderate size and was as described in the advert.
- Found that on arrival the wifi wasn't working, rebooting the router didn't do the trick and all the lights seemed to be indicating that it should work
- The shower head in the en-suite didn't want to stay in position for longer than 10 seconds
- 3 of the 4 bedside lamps didn't work
- There seemed to be a lack of hot water, enough for 1.5 showers and with a 2 bedroom apartment that wasn't sufficient.
May seem that these things are trivial but as soon as they were noted i emailed the person who had previously been quick to respond and i had no reply. Still 5 days on there hasn't been one.
Would like to use it again as i think it has potential but the experience has left me thinking i should try other serviced accommodation first before possibly going back.
