Comfort Hotel Luton

On entering the so called Comfort hotel you are confronted by how dirty it is.theres evidence of past guests everywhere from drinks that have been spilt to handprints on glass to a pleasant odour of B.O.

eventually after climbing the stairs with a heavy suitcase (as theres no lift) i enter the room i have been given. It was filthy, net cutains where black the windows were filthy ,radiators stained and filthy, curtains dusty, bathroom floor cracked loose tiles and filthy.but it was the noise that was the worst..when i say noise i dont mean from outside or from other guests im talking about the noise that is generated by someone turning the tap on and all of a sudden its like your living in a drum..the water pressure is so strong that the noise deafens you..this happens everytime someone uses the toilet, sink bath,or shower. If i could give it a minus it would get -5.. Never again.. The word comfort should be removed from this hotel and the word dump inserted. Moan over.

Budget hotel

Hotel is noisy.

Outside because of the railway, but also on the inside. We paid extra for not much of a breakfast. Breakfast was from 07.30 till 09.00, not ideal when you're on a vacation

If you can, go elsewhere

The guys at the desk were great.

Other than that, it was pretty clean, but the whole place is not in a good state of repair. My room was noisy as right by a busy road. Asked to get moved, got moved to a tiny smoke smelling area on the top floor which took ages to get to. The bed base was at an angle and the mattress was old and lumpy, they didn't have any more single rooms so I went back to the noisy room. Got woken up couple of times (was leaving at 5am) by people drunk inside and outside the hotel. The shower made a pretty loud noise when on which I guess my neighbors didn't appreciate at 4.30am. Possibly pushing this hotel to call in a 'comfort' hotel. In future would book somewhere else!

Far from comforting

Unfortunately our experience of the comfort inn did not meet our expectations.

The photos on line were not a true representation of the room we had. I am not sure whether the hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but there were holes in the walls exposing pipes. We asked to be moved from our room as there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and actually ended up seeking alternative accommodation in another hotel as there was no other rooms available.

The hotel very tired,

The hotel could do with an upgrade, repairs that had been made were of poor quality.

They had not logged my reservation so checking in was made complicated. However, the room was clean and there is free parking.

Cheap, but not cheerful

It's a cheap hotel if you are just staying over for one night and wanting to stay near the train station or airport, plus the parking is free and secure

A very comfortable, friendly and conveniently situated hotel.

There was a hole in the dining room ceiling where I presume a shower had leaked through and caused a problem.

Otherwise we really enjoyed our short stay and have high praise for the really nice, helpful staff.

Comfort Hotel Luton

Not a bad hotel, I travelled for business and stayed for two nights.

The room was comfortable, it is near to train line and under the Luton airport flight path but didn't bother me to much. Tea and coffee available in the room, however the paid breakfast leaves a little to be desired, no whole fruit and the meat selection is thin on the ground. Overall for business travel it served its purpose.

Perfect for our requirements. Albeit the regular trains passing by.

Basic and functional.

Very good value for group sharing. Good location for road/rail access. Convenient parking at no extra charge. Free wifi access in room. Friendly staff.
