Convenient location with free parking.
Generally this hotel would be fine at the budget end for a business stopover. However, on returning to my room after dinner I discovered a leak in the ceiling constantly dripping heavily onto the carpet. I informed staff and was told they were fully booked and couldn't offer me another room. By now it was getting on for 9.00 in the evening, And I didn't hold out much hope of finding another hotel. I had also had a couple of drinks with dinner and didn't want to risk driving so was a little stuck. The receptionist rang the manager and mentioned "the leak" so I knew it was a problem they already knew about. He said I could only have a refund if I didn't stay in the room. However he eventually agreed to a 50% refund. I was told someone had fixed the leak that day, but when I looked again I saw the the "fix" was just masking tape stuck onto the ceiling. (This came down with a rush of water at about three in the morning.) approach this place with caution.
Not at all comfortable
I had a terrible experience at this hotel.
It was far from comfortable and did not live up to its name. The room was too hot, only had one small, fan to cool it. Was noisy, right next to London mainline station and by the bus station. My room was right over a busy traffic junction too. The bed was uncomfortable I could feel the springs digging in my back despite sleeping on top of the duvet. The worse part of this room was a leaky ceiling which was really annoying with a constant and increasing dripping noise throughout my nights stay. I had a terrible nights sleep because being constantly woken during the night with the dripping water, all of which didn't help me as I had an important business event to run the next day.
I complained and was given two towels to soak up the dripping water, and a complimentary drink by the duty staff as the manager had gone home. Unfortunately the hotel was full so I could not be offered a new room. I complained again the next morning at the reception and was told I couldn't get a refund as the manager was the only one who could do this and he wasn't there yet. This was definitely NOT a three star experience.

Pretty average hotel, good value for money, and staff are all nice
Value For Money
If you are looking for a reasonable moderately priced hotel to stay at in Luton this is it.
Miserable bed, dirty bedsheets
I had room 306, the room itself was clean enough, but easy to see it was old and worn down.
but bedsheet and linen had large visible stains on them and the bed was the worst I have ever laid on. You could easily feel the springs through the linen. I did not have a comfortable night in the bed and I only hope the other rooms has better beds, but I fear not.
I never leave bad reviews but this experience was so bad.
The worst room we have stayed ever. We have stayed there for one night as our flight was very early in the morning. We were given a room by parking and entrance door. It was very noisy. People kept coming in till half past 2. The area didn’t feel safe. Did not get any sleep as we had to wake up at 4 in the morning. Would have had better sleep in airport. I did not know that kind of places existed.
Comfort Hotel Luton
On entering the so called Comfort hotel you are confronted by how dirty it is.theres evidence of past guests everywhere from drinks that have been spilt to handprints on glass to a pleasant odour of B.O.
eventually after climbing the stairs with a heavy suitcase (as theres no lift) i enter the room i have been given. It was filthy, net cutains where black the windows were filthy ,radiators stained and filthy, curtains dusty, bathroom floor cracked loose tiles and filthy.but it was the noise that was the worst..when i say noise i dont mean from outside or from other guests im talking about the noise that is generated by someone turning the tap on and all of a sudden its like your living in a drum..the water pressure is so strong that the noise deafens you..this happens everytime someone uses the toilet, sink bath,or shower. If i could give it a minus it would get -5.. Never again.. The word comfort should be removed from this hotel and the word dump inserted. Moan over.
