Beardmore Break

Just an overnight stay, next time we will make sure that we are able to try out the leisure facilities.

Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the room had a spectacular view of the Clyde... there was even a firework display beyond the Erskine Bridge for added entertainment.

Definitely will be going back!

We spent two nights at this hotel and it was excellent.

The staff were always on hand to help with our enquires and our room which we got up graded which was such a nice surprise, was very clean and had a very nice view. The food was excellent and had a good variety. Will definitely be staying in this hotel again.

Don't judge a book by the proverbial!

When we drove up to the hotel I felt like turning right around because it's a little unbelievable that you genuinely are staying in a hospital.

Well, not quite-the private hospital is accessible through the hotel but once inside you'd never know. I found the rooms comfortable, well equipped and the facilities excellent including the spa and gym. Really nice staff, ,friendly bar area to have a drink in the evening and not a long drive to Glasgow centre either. I'd definitely stop again.

surprised at the atmosphere

Large open reception and foyer, yet still has a warm inviting presence.

Quality of reception staff impeccable, all staff very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble.

Quick lifts, quiet hallways soft carpet absorbs any footfalls.

Spacious rooms, bathroom a little rundown large enough to put a bigger bath in. Power shower is amazing....does the job in half the time.

Bed / mattress soft, very soft or worn down as you inevitably roll to the middle, felt more like a water bed, however does the job, lovely cotton covers.

Suggest you bring binoculars to be able to watch TV in bed & maybe wireless headphones to be able to hear it.

24hr room service amazing quality of food & quick response.

All in all a very relaxing atmosphere.

Room was lovely and had a river view.

Only downside was the curtains were ripped making the room look a bit shoddy.
